On September the 21st, I was dashing around north Birmingham searching for the fibreglass owls that make up The Big Hoot trail. One I found was number 74: Midnight Hoot by Jayne Deeley.

Jayne Deeley, a Staffordshire based artist, was creative from an early age and this has continued to the present day. She studied HND 3D Design and it was during this time that she discovered new materials to work with and techniques to create Art and Craft works – skills that she later used in her role as a window dresser within a department store and still uses today, while creating handmade greetings cards, jewellery and anything else that inspires her!
