On September the 22nd, I was dashing around Birmingham City Centre searching for the fibreglass owls that make up The Big Hoot trail. One I found was number 24: Through New Eyes by David Hand.

David Hand is a celebrated graphic designer and sometime illustrator who currently resides in the Shropshire hills. He has worked on a number of bold and significant campaigns and generally likes to work on a broad range of projects of any size, shape or form, including: music, typography, branding, identity, surface decoration and so on, with interesting people who are excited and inspired by original, crafted design. One day, he would also like to see a Great Grey Owl in the wild!
