This afternoon I was traipsing around Birmingham City Centre searching for fibreglass owls. One I found was number 37, Owl Aboard! by Milan Topalovic.

Milan Topalovic is a Birmingham-born illustrator residing in a ‘nest’ not far from Cadbury World. He was a winner in the Best of British Illustration 2012 publication and was awarded an Emerging Talent commendation at the Cheltenham Illustrations Awards, 2011.

He has been recognised for his work in children’s stories, fashion illustration, portraiture and record sleeve design. Milan regularly exhibits work in Birmingham – so look out for his next exhibition.
