Today is the day that we all boycotting supermarkets in the hope that our protests will put pressure on those who set the prices at the current ridiculous levels. Please click on this link for further information. 

I totally support the campaign to lower the cost of food and drink that we need to survive and function in our society. Solidarity to all those behind this campaign group. For me and thousands of others, this is only a small part of the wider problem regarding the cost of living in 21st centuary Britian.

One of the most difficult costs that I am currently facing is the £72.48 weekly charge set by Wrexham County Borough Council towards my Direct Payments. I am being left pennilless every month with only my over draft saving the day. It is not a sustainable situation and I am doing what I can to make a brighter tomorrow, particulary because it is my 5oth birthday next year.

I am therefore having to sell art items that I have created and personal items that I own just to cover costs and get my house in order.

To this end, I am trying to find someone who can take over webmaster duties on this site and renovate my shop page. If you know of someone who is able to asist with this, then please do drop me a line.

I am hoping for a better 2027, as I am determind to celebrate and enjoy my 50th year on the planet.It is important to me to mark this occasion as it is a signifciant milestone as the meadian age of death for someone with Friedreich’s Ataxia is 35.
