This is the programme from the League Division Three (Northern Section) match against Gateshead at the Racecourse on 22/12/56. Wrexham won the game 4-1. The 1956/57 season got off to a slow start with two 2-2 home draws against Chester and Hartlepools United, followed by a 4-2 defeat at Gateshead. Our chance for revenge against the Redheugh Park club came just before Christmas in the middle of 17 games without defeat.
