The following message of support has been written by my close comrade Adam Samuels:
I am absolutely delighted to give my endorsement/support to Helen Grout as the new PPC & potential MP for Wrexham. I have been privileged enough to ‘work’ alongside Helen for a few years now. Helen is a truly remarkable, selfless, compassionate, committed Socialist. She has vast experience in many areas of truly ‘real life’ in her employment history, and works tirelessly for so many brilliant causes. She is a great listener AND doer; Helen always leads by example. She never ceases to amaze me how much good she does for the cause and the local community.
I am immensely proud to call Helen friend and brilliant comrade. Helen is a true working-class candidate who Wrexham would be very lucky to have. I implore ALL WREXHAM LABOUR PARTY MEMBERS to ensure you are at THE CATRIN FINCH CENTRE, WREXHAM, FRIDAY 8TH NOVEMBER AT 7PM to support Helen. This is such an exciting opportunity for Wrexham, The Labour Party and the wider community.
I would also like to say a word about Shari Auldyth Morris who is also shortlisted. Another great lefty who I am sure understands why I am supporting Helen, which is no slight on her at all. If Helen is not successful, though I believe she will be, then Wrexham have another excellent candidate in Shari.
